A different way in

Ketamine-AssistedImmersive

A relational, somatic, and clinical approach to deeper healing.

A carefully held experience to explore, process, and reconnect, with the support of ketamine, two experienced facilitators, and a deeply relational, integrative container.

How It Works

Private settings in New York City and on Long Island

Beyond the everyday session

Sometimes, healing needs more room.

There are times when we understand our patterns intellectually but still find ourselves caught in familiar emotional responses.

We can know why we react the way we do. We can recognize the protective strategies we've developed. And still, something feels difficult to shift.

A ketamine-assisted immersive offers a different kind of space.

With careful preparation, an extended experiential session, and thoughtful integration, there is an opportunity to approach your inner experience with curiosity, compassion, and support.

This isn't about forcing a breakthrough.

It's about creating the conditions in which something new may become possible.

The experience

Prepare. Experience. Integrate.

The immersive is more than a single day. It's a thoughtfully structured process designed to support you before, during, and after your ketamine experience.

01

Prepare

Creating a foundation of safety and trust

Co-facilitated virtual 60-minute sessions help you feel grounded, supported, and ready for the immersive.

Together, we'll explore your intentions, establish a sense of safety, and begin building the relational foundation for the work.

The number of preparation sessions is individualized based on your needs.

02

The Immersive

Space to experience something different

A private, in-person experience lasting approximately 3–4 hours.

  • Arrival and settling into the space
  • Your prescribed ketamine medicine session
  • Attentive support from both facilitators
  • Time for recovery, nourishment, and gentle initial integration

The pace is intentionally unhurried, with room for your experience to unfold.

03

Integrate

Bringing the experience into your life

Integration is where we begin making sense of what emerged and exploring how it connects with your everyday life.

Co-facilitated sessions offer time to process emotional material, explore new perspectives, and consider meaningful next steps.

The number of sessions is tailored to your needs.

What makes this different

Two facilitators. One deeply held experience.

Healing doesn't happen in isolation.

Our immersive brings together clinical psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and psychedelic-informed approaches within a collaborative, relational setting.

Val and Rachel offer complementary perspectives and ways of attending to your experience.

Together, we create space for emotional exploration, nervous-system awareness, and the kind of responsive support that cannot be reduced to a protocol.

The relationship matters. The pacing matters. And the experience is shaped around you.

Rachel Rappa

Rachel brings a grounded, somatic, psychedelic-informed approach to supporting people through altered states and life transitions.

Is this experience right for you?

For those who are ready to explore a different way in.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly articulated intention. Curiosity is enough to begin a conversation.

You may be drawn to this if

  • You understand your patterns but still feel caught in them.
  • You're navigating a meaningful transition, grief, or emotional crossroads.
  • You're curious about approaching your inner world beyond words alone.
  • You're seeking a more spacious, supported experience than a traditional therapy hour.
  • You value a thoughtful, relational, and individualized approach.

This experience is not appropriate for everyone. Medical and psychological screening are required before participation.

A space to exhale

Held in a setting that feels human.

Our immersives take place in thoughtfully curated, private home settings in New York City or Nassau County, Long Island.

The environment is intentionally warm, comfortable, and personal, offering a different feeling from a traditional medical office.

Soft light. Comfortable places to rest. Space to settle.

The location is selected and arranged with care.

Please note: some settings have resident cats and dogs, and are thoroughly cleaned beforehand. Please let us know about significant allergies so we can discuss whether an alternative arrangement is possible.

Thoughtful care, from the beginning

A grounded approach to safety.

All participants must complete a medical evaluation and receive clearance through Journey Clinical before participating.

This includes consultation with an appropriately licensed medical provider to assess eligibility and determine whether ketamine treatment is appropriate.

Ketamine is prescribed and medically managed by the prescribing provider, separate from the psychological and somatic facilitation.

We work within this collaborative model to support a thoughtful, individualized experience.

Medical clearance

Evaluation and prescribing are handled by a licensed provider through Journey Clinical.

Separate roles

Val and Rachel provide psychological and somatic facilitation. They do not prescribe ketamine.

A ride home

A trusted adult must drive you home. You will not be permitted to drive yourself.

A clear day

Reserve the full day for the experience and recovery, with minimal responsibilities afterward.

Ketamine-assisted treatment is not guaranteed to be appropriate for every person, and results vary. Eligibility is determined by the prescribing medical provider.
